Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to request deletion of your personal data collected through our website, WhatsApp Business, or our Odoo ERP system, you may submit a request using the contact information below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Please send an email to:

Include the following information:
- Full Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address (if applicable)
- Reason for the request (optional)
What Happens Next
After verifying your identity, we will:
- Delete your personal information from our customer management system where legally permitted.
- Remove WhatsApp conversation records that are stored within our systems where applicable.
- Delete tailoring measurements, order history, and customer profile information unless we are required by law to retain certain records.
- Complete your request within 30 days of verification.
Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained if required for:
- Tax and accounting obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Legal compliance
- Resolution of disputes
Such retained information will only be kept for the period required by applicable law.
